MINTLY — TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mintly Telegram bot, backend services, and all related tools provided under the name “Mintly” (collectively, the “Service”).

By pressing “Agree” or by using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Mintly”

Mintly is a non-custodial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that allows users to deploy token smart contracts on public blockchain networks.

1.2. “User”

A natural person or entity interacting with Mintly through the Telegram bot or any related interface.

1.3. “Smart Contract”

A piece of programmatic code deployed by the User on a blockchain network through the Service.

1.4. “Blockchain Network”

A decentralized public ledger (such as BNB Chain). Mintly does not control, own, or operate any blockchain network.

1.5. “Wallet”

A non-custodial cryptographic wallet controlled exclusively by the User. Mintly never stores, requests, or gains access to private keys or seed phrases.

1.6. “Deployment Fee” (“Fix-Fee”)

A fixed, non-refundable payment required from the User to deploy a smart contract using the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. Technical Tool Only

Mintly is a technical automation tool. It helps Users generate and broadcast smart contract deployment data that the User signs through their own Wallet.

2.2. No Issuance, No Custody, No Financial Services

Mintly does not:

All blockchain transactions are signed exclusively by the User in their own Wallet. Mintly cannot access or control the User’s Wallet.

3. User as Sole Issuer and Owner

3.1. Sole Responsibility

The User is the only issuer, creator, owner, and controller of any smart contract or token deployed using the Service.

3.2. Mintly Has No Role

Mintly has no control over:

4. User Responsibilities and Eligibility

5. Payments and No Refund Policy

5.1. Fix-Fee Payment

A fixed Deployment Fee is required for each smart contract deployment.

All payments made to Mintly are final and non-refundable, including:
